PACE eligible measures vary slightly state to state, but almost all programs include renewable energy, energy efficiency, and water conservation measures. The state of California also includes seismic strengthening measures, and Florida includes wind resistance improvements. New construction projects generally can include the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work as well as building envelope (roofing, insulation, glazing) work. Some programs do require a Savings-to-Investment (SIR) ratio of =>1.0.
K2 can assist developers to quickly determine what measures in their projects are eligible, develop the engineering report documenting the measures and savings, and maximize the PACE funding amount.
